Can I purchase items not featured on the site?

Although we carry a comprehensive range of products in stock, we only feature a carefully selected range on the site. For any models not listed, please contact us and one of our operators will be happy to help. We can also specifically order models for you that we do not normally carry in stock.

How can I pay for my goods?

You can also order directly online and pay by Credit/Debit card or simply call our Sales Team to place orders over the phone on 01902 793379, alternatively you can pay by Bank Tranfer, please email us should you wish us to raise a Proforma Invoice for this method of payment.

I haven't received delivery of my goods

Delivery of most stock items will be received within three to five days of placing an order. Please note that larger screen TV's and domestic appliances are normally delivered within seven working days. If you have not received your order within the time-scale provided please contact our Sales Department.

My product was received damaged or incomplete

Please report any transport damages within seven days of receipt. Please note that we cannot help with any damage claims reported after seven days of receiving delivery. Please contact our Customer Services and refer to the terms and conditions of sale.

What about guarantees / Warranties

At, all products supplied are fully covered by the manufacturer's guarantee for a minimum of 12 months

What do I do should I have a complaint?

Should you in any way feel dissatisfied with any part of our service then please contact us. Should you still feel that your grievance has not been properly addressed then you may of course continue correspondence with the manager. In the event that no amicable agreement can be reached then an independent ombudsman may be sought to settle the matter.

What information do you collect and why?

When you place an order with, we need to know your name, e-mail address, home address, delivery address, credit or debit card number,security code and expiry date, your home and work telephone numbers. This enables us to authorise your credit or debit card payments, process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.

When will my goods be delivered?

UK mainland: All orders for received before 14.00pm will be delivered between -1-2 days Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays), however we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Wrong item received

In the unfortunate event of receiving an item other than originally ordered, contact the Customer Services within seven days of receipt 01902 793379.
